Prototype Capability

PowerDesigners possesses full prototyping capabilities for developing prototype and beta units in house. Our lab is well equipped with various test equipment as well as a dedicated 480VAC service which allows us to assemble and test products at power levels of up to 500kVA. The company maintains a variety of CAD programs that allows it to simulate, design and develop its products. PCB design and layout capabilities are available in house for rapid prototyping. In addition, the company utilizes Solid Works to develop 3-D mechanical designs and packaging conepts.

Manufacturing Capability

PowerDesigners manufacturing strategy is hinged on outsourcing most of its assemblies and subassemblies to reputable electronic contract manufacturers while retaining final assembly and test capabilities in house.  This ensures that every product shipped meets PowerDesigners' specifications and highest quality standards.  Our  manufacturing team has extensive experience in manufacturing processes and technologies as well as quality standards.
