High Frequency MOSFET / IGBT Technology
The PowerCharge XP charging drawers incorporate high frequency power stage design utilizing IGBTs and MOSFETs and use a high frequency transformer in lieu of the bulky 60Hz transformer found in all competitive fast chargers. This yields very high electrical efficiencies (lower energy bills) and much smaller and lighter units. In fact, the PowerCharge XP fast chargers are the most efficient and lightest fast chargers available on the market.
Highly Intelligent User Interface with Advanced Programmability
The PowerCharge XP fast chargers utilize the latest software and hardware microprocessor technologies and are the first to allow programmability via Palm handheld devices. All charger settings and features can be easily programmable via a Palm software. End users can easily customize the charger operation to fit their needs with the push of a button.
